What to check if cashback is missing
Check exchange connection, UID, referral attribution and eligible fees before contacting DeFee support about missing cashback.
Check account connection
Make sure the correct exchange is selected in the app and the UID belongs to the account where you traded. Check connection status and referral program eligibility.
Check fees and timing
Cashback is calculated from eligible fees rather than trading volume alone. Check whether your market, fee tier and discounts qualify.
Affiliate data delivery and accrual timing depend on exchange conditions. A lack of immediate cashback does not by itself confirm an error; ask support about the expected schedule.
Contact support
Provide the exchange, UID and trading period. Include fee details if available. Support can check connection and accruals. Do not send account secrets.
