Open the DeFee app and contact support. Ask about exchange connection terms, account eligibility and payout questions.

What to include

Include the exchange name, your public UID and a description of the issue. For missing cashback, include the relevant trading period. For withdrawals, include a request or transaction ID if available.

Do not send passwords, API keys, seed phrases or private keys. They are not needed to discuss connection or accruals.
