KuCoin announced on October 29, 2026 that it is discontinuing services for users in Russia and Belarus immediately, covering all products, services and features. The exchange cited legal and regulatory requirements in its official notice.
KuCoin says affected users will be able to close positions and withdraw assets. Individual notifications will provide deadlines and instructions; the announcement sets no universal deadline.
According to the exchange, users who have not received a notification need take no action for now. Account status questions should go to official support.
