Before creating a request
Check the available balance in DeFee. The withdrawal minimum stated on the site is 50 USDT. Check current fees and conditions in the request interface.
Address and network
The networks listed on the site are TRC-20, ERC-20 and BEP-20. Choose from the options available in the app. The sending network must match the network of the receiving address.
Check the full address and the receiving wallet or exchange requirements. The calculator shows estimated cashback, not an available withdrawal balance.
After submitting
Check the status in the app. If a transaction ID is available, use it in the explorer for the corresponding network.
For status questions, provide the request ID to support. Check confirmed processing times in the app; this page does not specify one universal time for all networks.
