How to find your exchange UID
What an exchange UID is, where to look for your account identifier and how to use it to connect to DeFee.
What is a UID?
A UID is the public identifier of your exchange account. It helps match the account with affiliate program data. It is not a password, API key or wallet address.
Where to look
Sign in on the official exchange website or app. Open your profile or account details and look for UID, User ID or an account identifier. The exact label and location vary by exchange.
Copy the entire value and check that you are using the correct account. For subaccounts, ask DeFee support which UID is eligible first.
Connecting to DeFee
Open DeFee, select your exchange and follow the connection instructions. Entering a UID alone does not establish referral attribution: check account eligibility first.
If you cannot find the UID or verification fails, contact support. Do not share passwords or API keys.
