Having an account on a supported exchange does not automatically qualify it for cashback. Referral attribution and the exchange affiliate program rules matter.
Referral changes, account restrictions and eligible markets vary. Avoid following a universal referral code change instruction; obtain confirmation for your exchange first.
What to ask support
Provide the exchange name, public UID and explain that the account already exists. If you know its current referral attribution, include that information. Support can explain the available connection process.
Once confirmed, follow the instructions in DeFee and check connection status. For a new account, use the current link from the app and follow exchange rules.
